Multiple Ticket Purchase
Please use separate, valid names and email addresses for each registrant. After your purchase, each registrant will be emailed instructions on how to complete their individual registration. We will include this information on each ticket to ensure everyone is informed of the event arrival time and our studio policies. The ticket purchaser is responsible for making each person aware of completing the registration process and event arrival time. All policies apply to all tickets purchased.

Event Begins On Time
I understand that the event begins promptly at the scheduled start time. I agree to arrive 10–15 minutes early to check-in and get settled. I acknowledge that no entry will be permitted after the start time, with no exceptions, and that no refunds will be issued for late arrivals.
All participants will be lying down on the floor for this event. If you, or any of your guests, are unable to get down and up from the floor easily, without assistance, please contact us BEFORE you purchase the ticket so we can discuss your options in advance. Do NOT purchase a ticket before speaking with us about the available options.
I confirm that all persons attending are able to get down and up from the floor without any type of assistance.
1. NO photos or recording of any kind in the space.
2. Do not touch any of the instruments or crystals.
3. Turn your cell phone all the way OFF (not silent/vibrate) upon arrival and store your phone in the cubbies.
4. In consideration of others, do not wear strong scents (oils, perfume, etc.).
5. Only water in closed containers is allowed in the studio. No food or other beverages may be brought in.
6. If you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol you will not be allowed to participate.
7. We are a shoes OFF and socks ON venue. Please bring (or wear) socks inside the studio.
Refund and Transfer Policy
I understand that tickets purchased are valid only for the specific event, date, and time specified in this agreement. If I or my guests cannot attend, tickets may be transferred to another person. I acknowledge that no refunds or date transfers are permitted, and the only option for compensation in case of an emergency is to add Purchase Protection at the time of purchase.
Purchase Protection
Purchase Protection is available for this event through a third party. It safeguards your purchase in case of an emergency. Claims must be filed directly with Purchase Protection, as we cannot do this on your behalf. Please review all terms carefully before purchasing. This is the only option for a refund if an emergency occurs.
